DosePlate Privacy Policy

DosePlate is operated by Agentic Hold Co LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how DosePlate handles information.
Purpose
DosePlate is a food, hydration, habit, and reminder companion for people using GLP-1 medications. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, dosing recommendations, or medication changes.
Information stored on your device
DosePlate may store your onboarding choices, medication rhythm, shot day, meal logs, protein, hydration, fiber, symptom notes, reminder preferences, and subscription status locally on your device so the app can support your routine.
Meal photos
DosePlate may let you select a meal photo to support meal logging. The original version 1.0 used sample meal estimates, not reliable photo analysis. Beginning with version 1.1, photos are private journal attachments stored in the app’s local storage; DosePlate does not analyze them or upload them to a service. Only the photos you select are used. No account is required.
Export, deletion and backups
Beginning with version 1.1, Settings lets you export journal text and delete all local app data, including attached photos and retained legacy backups. Text exports do not include photo files. Exports you choose to share are handled by the destination you select. Your device’s Apple backup settings may include app data; those backups are controlled by Apple and your device settings. Deleting local data does not cancel an App Store subscription.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, DosePlate may schedule local notifications for hydration, protein, shot-day preparation, or symptom check-ins. You can control notification permissions in iOS Settings.
Purchases
If you buy a subscription or in-app purchase, payment and purchase processing are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details.
Support communications
If you contact support, we may receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address and message content, so we can respond.
Analytics and diagnostics
Apple may provide developers with aggregated analytics, crash, and diagnostic information through App Store Connect, depending on your device settings and Apple’s policies.
DosePlate does not add third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, and does not sell your journal or send it to an AI service.
Children
DosePlate is not intended to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page.
