Common topics
- Subscriptions and purchases are managed through your Apple ID and the App Store.
- DosePlate supports food, hydration, reminders, and habit tracking. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, dosing recommendations, or medication changes.
- If subscription pricing does not load, check your internet connection and try again. Restore Purchases checks an existing purchase; it does not start a new subscription.
- Version 1.0 may show outdated free-trial wording. No introductory free trial is currently configured. Review Apple’s purchase confirmation sheet for the actual price and billing terms before buying. The wording is corrected in the upcoming version 1.1.
- Version 1.0 meal-photo estimates were sample values. Do not use them as measured nutrition. Version 1.1 replaces this with an editable journal and USDA-based recipe estimates, and preserves earlier entries for review.
- In version 1.1, open a journal meal to correct its name, amounts, date, notes or photo. Swipe a water, quick nutrition or symptom entry to delete a mistake. Settings contains text export and deletion controls.
- If reminders do not appear, check iOS notification permissions for DosePlate.
